Weather: The weather varies depending on the altitude of the region. Whether you are on the coast, the jungle on the mountains. The capital Lima located in the centre valley of the country Lima’s climate is mild and comfortable Summer temperatures rage 18 °C (64 °F) to 22 °C (72 °F), and highs of 24 °C (75 °F) to 29 °C (84 °F) with winter temperatures ranging from lows of 12 °C (54 °F) to 16 °C (61 °F) and highs of 16 °C (61 °F) to 19 °C (66 °F)

Culture : Peru is ethnically diverse. Rough estimation of Peruvian population can be composed of Mestizos: 47%, Amerindians: 31%, European: 18.5%, Afro-Peruvians: 2%, Food:  Peruvian cuisine combines Amerindian and Spanish food with strong influences from African, Arab, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese cooking. Common dishes include anticuchos (pieces of grilled skewered meat marinated in spices) and ceviche (fresh raw fish marinated in citrus juices)

Languages:  Spanish is the first language for Peruvians.  

Religion   Majority of the Peruvians are Christians

The economy of  Peru is a market orientated economy. Services account for 53% of Peruvian economy, followed by manufacturing (22.3%). Some of Peru’s main exports include copper, gold, zinc and textiles

Peru has the 2nd largest area of Amazon forest after Brazil.

Machu Picchu, one of the new 7 wonders of the world. Known as a lost city take a trip of one of the world’s most amazing structures. Many tourist describes this experience as magical.

Take a flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines
One of the most amazing mysteries of the world. The Nazca Lines are the most outstanding group of geoglyphs in the world. Imprinted in the surface of the desert Pampa sand about 300 hundred figures made of straight lines, geometric shapes and pictures of animals and birds – and their patterns are only clearly visible from the air.  No one to this day can conclusively say how they were made.
